A.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:5A-1, vehicular traffic and
the parking of motor vehicles in the office complex known as the "Shrewsbury
Business Center" on Shrewsbury Avenue, having exits in Shrewsbury
Avenue, shall be subject to the following regulations:
(1)
No motor vehicle or other vehicle shall be operated
in the area at a speed greater than 15 miles per hour.
(2)
No motor vehicle other than the motor vehicles of
employees of businesses situated in the area shall be parked therein
between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
(3)
All vehicles must park only in designated areas and
between the lines provided.
(4)
Handicapped parking. All stalls shall be 12 feet wide
as shown on the site plan, and signed within R7-8 (reserved parking
sign and penalty plate) in the designated parking areas for persons
who have been issued the handicapped parking permits by the Division
of Motor Vehicles.
(5)
All signs, posts, bolts or other necessary materials
shall be installed and paid for by the applicant. Work shall be checked
by the Police Department to ensure that the installations meet state
and federal specifications and all signs shall conform to the current
Manual on Traffic Control Devices.
B.
Any person who violates or fails or refuses to comply
with this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be liable to a fine
not exceeding $200 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 10 days.
