Editor's Note: This chapter also repealed
former Ch. 169, Subdivision of Land, adopted 5-12-1976, as amended.
In addition, this chapter provided that it is the express intent of
the Town Board to supersede §§ 276, 277, 278 and 279
of the Town Law should they be inconsistent with the subdivision regulations
of the Town and that it is the specific intent of the Town Board to
supersede § 276, Subdivisions 5 and 6, of the Town Law with
respect to the requirement of public hearing for lot line adjustment
as defined in the subdivision regulations.
