Henceforth, no interest, right or title to land
shall be accepted from the grantor or transferor for recording except
on condition that the fees to record any such conveyance will be duly
calculated and tendered to the Town Clerk; provided, however, that
the Town Board, in its discretion, may waive the payment of any or
all recording fees from any donor of land, any grantor or transferor.
