No-passing zones are hereby established and maintained along those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XX (§ 263-51), attached to and made a part of this chapter, as authorized by the New Jersey Department of Transportation in accordance with the sketch dated and numbered as indicated.

Prohibited turn zones are hereby established and maintained along those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XXI (§ 263-52), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
