The Rules and Regulations of the Somerset County
Park Commission, a copy of which is annexed hereto as Exhibit A, be
and hereby are incorporated herein by reference and are hereby incorporated
into the Municipal Code of the Township of Franklin as an amendment
to such Code, inclusive of its penalty provisions.[1]
