That permission be granted to Telco, a corporation,
and its assigns, to erect poles and to traverse and cross above streets,
alleys and roads along such poles and the presently existing public
utility pole lines within the said Township of Washington with wires,
aerial cables and associated appliances in connection with a proposed
wired television system, and insofar as existing utility poles are
concerned, upon receiving consent from the utility companies whose
poles are to be used, to attach such wires, aerial cables and associated
appliances to such poles of utility companies as are now erected or
replacements thereof, and to erect poles and to operate and maintain
such wires, aerial cables and associated appliances.
That the poles, wires, aerial cables and associated
appliances hereby permitted shall at all times be maintained in good
safe condition.
That prior to the erection of the said poles,
wires, aerial cables and associated appliances, there shall be filed
with the Township Secretary, a public liability bond in an amount
as shall be set by resolution of the Board of Supervisors and a property
damage bond in an amount as shall be set by resolution of the Board
of Supervisors, or one bond combining both coverages, with good corporate
surety, conditioned to fully and completely indemnify and save harmless
the Township of Washington from all actions, claims, suits and demands
of whatsoever kind, and against all damages of whatsoever kind arising
from or in any way incident to the erection, maintenance and operation
of the said poles, wires, aerial cables and associated appliances.

Corporation, and its assigns, to erect poles and to traverse and cross
above streets, alleys and roads along such poles and the presently
existing public utility pole lines within the said Township of Washington
with wires, aerial cables and associated appliances in connection
with a proposed wired television system, and, insofar as existing
utility poles are concerned, upon receiving consent from the utility
