A fine is hereby established in the amount of $100 for the failure to
obtain a permit for the storage of hazardous materials.
All unpaid hazardous material permit fees and/or fines shall be assessed
to the property owner against the property upon which the hazardous materials
are stored and shall be added to the tax bill for said property.
