Fitting, imaginative designs shall be encouraged
by allowing the subdivider to submit original subdivision designs
not in strict conformance with the standards hereinbefore set forth.
Such original subdivision designs, to be considered,
shall be prepared for review by the Planning Board in a manner equivalent
to an architect's detailed site plan, including proposed location
of structures; shall comprise 15 or more residential lots; and shall
be prepared by either a registered architect, professional engineer
and/or a licensed land surveyor, whose imprinted seal shall appear
thereon.
Nothing in this Article shall relieve the subdivider
from strict conformance with the regulations as hereinbefore set forth
unless he can show that his proposals for original design observe
the spirit of the regulations if not the exact content.
