No person or persons shall feed, cause to be fed or provide food for Canada geese in the Township of Brick on property either publicly or privately owned.
This article shall not be construed to prohibit humane acts toward Canada geese in individual cases, such as the temporary nurturing of a wounded bird on one's own premises.
No person shall abandon, leave or discard any Canada geese upon any public or private property within the Township of Brick.
The Police Department, Code Enforcement Officer and the Board of Health are hereby authorized and directed to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
A. 
Any person, firm or corporation who violates or neglects to comply with any provisions of this article or any rule or regulation promulgated thereto shall be punishable upon conviction thereof as provided in Chapter 1, § 1-15, General penalty.
B. 
Each day such violation is permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such.
