The following regulations shall apply in the O-P Office Professional Zone.
The following are permitted uses in the O-P Zone:
A. 
Professional occupations, including the office of a physician, surgeon, dentist, architect, engineer, accountant, lawyer or member of a recognized profession.
B. 
The office of an insurance agent or real estate broker.
C. 
Municipal buildings, volunteer first aid buildings and firehouses.

D. 
Public libraries.

The following are permitted as accessory uses:
A. 
Private garage space for the storage of motor vehicles.
B. 
Accessory uses as defined in Part 1 of this chapter.
Area, yard and building requirements shall be specified for this zone in the schedule, § 245-10 of this chapter.
Off-street parking requirements shall be as per Article XXXV of this chapter as defined for that particular use. Off-street parking space, together with appropriate access thereto, shall be provided on the same lot as the building it is intended to serve in accordance with the standards set forth in Article XXXV, § 245-310 et seq.
Sign requirements shall be as per Article XXXVI, § 245-312 et seq., of this chapter.

Wherever the property line of an occupied lot in the O-P Zone abuts a residential use or zone, a buffer zone of at least 15 feet in width shall be established in accordance with the provisions of § 245-409.

The provisions of this article are subject to the mandatory fee contribution to the Brick Township Affordable Housing Trust Fund established in Article VI.
