The use of the Elm Leaf Park Swimming Pool be and hereby is
restricted to residents of the Borough of Baldwin, full-time employees
of the Borough of Baldwin and guests of residents of the Borough who
are season pass holders as hereinafter set forth.
Prior to each swimming season, the Council will establish admission
fees to be paid by those persons using the swimming pool. The admission
fees may be altered by the Council during the swimming season to meet
changed conditions. The admission fees established by the Council
will be posted in a conspicuous place and will be enforced by the
Swimming Pool Manager.
Any resident of the Borough of Baldwin desiring a season pass
for use of the Elm Leaf Park Swimming Pool shall make application
therefor to the Borough on forms provided by the Borough Secretary
and shall pay the appropriate fees as established by the Council.
Nonresidents who are full-time employees of the Borough shall
have the same swimming pool privileges as residents of the Borough
and may obtain season passes for themselves and their immediate families
upon application therefor and payment of the appropriate fees.
Nonresidents of the Borough may use the pool upon payment of
the appropriate admission fee when they are guests of and accompanied
by a resident season pass holder, subject to regulations established
by the Council. It is understood that the Council may from time to
time suspend all nonresident guest privileges because of crowded conditions
at the pool.
The Borough Council shall, from time to time, adopt regulations
for the use of the Elm Leaf Park Swimming Pool, which regulations
shall be posted in a conspicuous place and enforced by the Swimming
Pool Manager. All admissions shall be subject to the aforesaid regulations.
No season pass issued pursuant to this article will be transferable.

The use of the Elm Leaf Park tennis courts shall be under the same rules and regulations as shall be established from time to time by the Borough Council of the Borough of Baldwin. Admission fees shall be established by the Council by resolution from time to time and will be posted in a conspicuous place. Failure to pay the admission charges shall subject such person to the penalties provided in §
123-12.

Any person violating the provisions of this article or any person who knowingly supplies false information in an application for a season pass under §
123-6 hereof shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $300 plus costs of prosecution or to imprisonment for up to 30 days.
