The fee schedules included in Tables 128-III-1
and 128-IV-1 shall be reviewed by staff and the Sewer Advisory Board
periodically in order to determine if the rate is increasing too rapidly
or not rapidly enough to compensate for inflation and other factors.
A recommendation shall then be made to Levy Court.
