As used in this article, unless the context
otherwise indicates, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
Outside the home or enclosed portion of the premises of the
owner or custodian, unless such dog is under the positive control
of a person of suitable age and discretion and a leash of sufficient
strength to restrain such dog, which leash shall not exceed six feet
in length.
Any person or persons, firm, association or corporation owning,
keeping or harboring a dog.
No owner or keeper of any dog shall permit such
dog to run at large within the corporate limits of the City of Roseville.
