§ 151-1 Products regulated by Health Department. [1]

Food products, including meat, fish, fowl, vegetables, fruit, berries, bread, baked goods, butter, condiments and confections, kept or offered for sale are regulated by the Macomb County Health Department pursuant to MCL § 287.801 et seq. and MSA § 12.895(1) et seq.
