The Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Rockville Centre hereby accepts the applicability of the State Building Construction Code for the Incorporated Village of Rockville Centre on the 12th day of September 1962, in accordance with the provisions of Section 374-a of the Executive Law.[1]
