The Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Rockville Centre
hereby accepts the applicability of the State Building Construction Code for
the Incorporated Village of Rockville Centre on the 12th day of September
1962, in accordance with the provisions of Section 374-a of the Executive
Law.[1]

§ 374-a, was replaced by the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention
and Building Code Act, which may be found in Art. 18 of the Executive Law.
The Village Clerk be and hereby is instructed to file a certified copy
of this chapter in the principal office of the State Building Code Council,
Division of Housing and Community Renewal, 270 Broadway, New York 7, New York,
and in the office of the Secretary of State at Albany, New York.[1]
