Sacked charcoal may be stored only in the following manner:
A. 
All sacked charcoal shall be piled in tiers with at least six inches of open space between each tier. The bottom sacks shall be placed on two-by-fours or scantlings two feet apart. Each tier shall not be more than 16 feet long, six feet wide or six feet high. No tier of charcoal may be more than six feet in height unless scantlings are placed at each five-foot level in height.
B. 
In establishments offering sacked charcoal for sale at retail, this section shall only apply if more than 100 sacks of charcoal are kept in stock in said premises.
