No person shall maintain or conduct a parking
lot for motor vehicles or other vehicles where a charge of any kind
is made without first obtaining a license therefor.
PARKING LOT
Whenever used in this article, shall be deemed to mean any
outdoor space or uncovered plot of ground which has the capacity to
hold five or more vehicles for the payment of a fee or other consideration,
charged directly or indirectly.

The annual license fee for any license required
by the provisions of this article shall be at the levels fixed from
time to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village
of Rockville Centre.
