In Urban Renewal Multiple Dwelling B (S) District, no building or premises shall be used, and no building shall be erected or altered, for other than one or more of the following uses:
A. 
Any use permitted in Urban Renewal Multiple Dwelling B (R) District, such uses being subject to all regulations pertaining to said Urban Renewal Multiple Dwelling B (R) District (Article VIII, §§ 340-28 through 340-36).
B. 
Single- or two-family attached dwellings, subject to the specific regulations as listed herein (§§ 340-38 through 340-45, this article).
The lot for each dwelling shall have a total area of not less than 1,800 square feet.
The building area, including accessory buildings, shall not exceed 40% of the lot area.

Parking space requirements are set forth in Chart IV of the Rockville Centre Zoning Code. Chart IV is entitled "Schedule of Minimum Required Off-Street Parking."[1]
B. 
No premises shall provide space for more than three motor vehicles, and commercial vehicles are expressly forbidden.
