Picket lines and picketing shall be prohibited in front of, adjacent to or within respect to any property located in a residential zone and used solely for residential purpose, except where such picketing directly relates to a specific use and/or a specific activity being conducted on or within said residential property.
This article shall not in any way impair, impede or otherwise interrupt the right of any person or group to engage in a legal protest, grievance or other expression on publicly owned property, provided that all other laws and ordinances are complied with.

Whoever violates the provisions of this article shall be fined not more than $500 for any one offense. Each violation of this article shall constitute a separate offense.
