The following set of fees shall be used for all dumping at the Pawtucket Municipal Incinerator.

The following fees shall be charged for the dumping of refuse at the transfer station:
A. 
Station wagons, vans and pickup trucks: These vehicles will be weighed and charged by the ton, per visit, at the residential rate.
B. 
Commercial trucks: These vehicles will be weighed and charged by the ton, per visit, at the commercial rate.
C. 
All other vehicles will be charged at the commercial rate.
D. 
All vehicles shall be subject to the sticker requirements as outlined in § 347-21.

A. 
All vehicles must obtain an identification sticker before dumping at the Transfer Station. The sticker shall be valid for one year commencing July 1 through June 30 of the following year and is obtainable through the Public Works Office.
B. 
The annual stickers shall be issued as follows:
(1) 
Blue sticker: $1. Automobiles must be registered on Pawtucket tax rolls.
(2) 
Red sticker: $2. (station wagons, vans and pickup trucks registered on Pawtucket tax rolls).
(3) 
Green sticker: $5. (commercial trucks).
The Public Works Director shall establish such rules and regulations as necessary to ensure the proper administration of this article.
The Public Works Director shall be empowered to waive in whole or in part any of the fees listed in § 347-20 of this article; provided, however, that such waiver shall be in accordance with established rules and regulations.
Anyone and/or any vehicle dumping without first obtaining a valid identification sticker and making payments of fees as set forth above shall be fined not less than $50 for each violation of this article.
