Nothing in these regulations shall obviate any
requirement for the applicant to obtain any other assent, permit or
license required by law or regulation of the government of the United
States, the State of Connecticut or any political subdivision thereof.
The obtaining of such assents, permits or licenses is solely the responsibility
of the applicant.
