No person, firm or corporation shall maintain, operate or conduct a junkyard of any type or description in the Township of Galloway unless the property on which the business is conducted shall be enclosed by trimmed hedge, brick or stone wall or painted wooden fence not less than six feet high nor more than eight feet high. The hedge, wall or fence shall be kept in a presentable condition at all times and shall be 75 feet from any public road.

Any person, firm or corporation violating this chapter shall pay a fine of not more than $2,000, imprisonment for not more than 90 days and/or a period of community service for not more than 90 days.
