The following, from Chapter 1, Section 1 to Chapter 6, Section 6.1.4, inclusive, shall constitute the Rules and Regulations for the Galloway Township Police Department.

Editor's Note: Rules and Regulations are included as an attachment to this chapter.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
To the extent that any part or parts of this
ordinance are repealed or otherwise modified or voided by state statute
or case law, the remaining sections of this ordinance shall remain
in full force and effect.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon final passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
