GENERAL REFERENCES
Peace and good order — See Ch. 244.
No person or persons shall at any time within the limits of said Village
hunt, pursue or kill with a gun or any firearm any animals, fowl or birds.

Any person violating this chapter or any of its provisions shall be
liable to a penalty of $250 for each offense.
