A. 
In accordance with Section 9-169 of the Connecticut General Statutes, Section 2-2 of the Town Charter, and Article Third, Section 6, of the Constitution of Connecticut, the Town of Guilford is divided into five voting districts, as amended and described as follows:
(1) 
District I.

(a) 
The first district shall include all the area of the Town of Guilford bounded as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Guilford/Madison town line and Route I-95, extending northward and then westward to the intersection of Nortontown Road and Murray Lane; then extending westward along the north side of Murray Lane to the intersection of Murray Lane and Clapboard Hill Road; then extending south-westerly along the south side of Clapboard Hill Road to the intersection of Clapboard Hill Road and Route I-95; then extending westward along Route I-95 to the intersection of Route I-95 and Long Hill Road; then extending southward along the western side of Long Hill Road (thus including all of that section of Long Hill Road within the district) to the intersection of Spinning Mill Brook and Route 1 (Boston Post Road); then extending eastward along the northern side of Route 1 (Boston Post Road) to the West River; then extending southward along the West River to Long Island Sound; then continue eastward along the shore and then northward along the Guilford/Madison town line to the commencement point.
(b) 
The polling place for District I will be the Calvin Leete School.
(2) 
District II.

(a) 
The second district shall include all of the Town of Guilford bounded as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Route I-95 and Route 77/(Durham Road), extending westward along Route I-95 to the intersection of I-95 and Route 1 (Boston Post Road); then extending westward along the northern side of Route 1 (Boston Post Road) to the Guilford/Branford town line, continuing northward along the Guilford/Branford town line to the intersection of Route 80; then extending eastward along the center line of Route 80 to the intersection of Route 80 and the Madison town line; then, extending south on Twin Bridge Road to North Madison Road, continuing westward along the center line of North Madison Road to the intersection of North Madison Road and Cedar Hill Road; then extending northward along the center line of Cedar Hill Road to the intersection of Cedar Hill Road and Hillcrest Road; then extending southwestward along the center line of Lakeside Drive to the intersection of Lakeside Drive and the western border of Lower Lake (Guilford Lakes); then extending southward along the western border of Lower Lake (Guilford Lakes) to the intersection of Lower Lake (Guilford Lakes) and Hickory Road; then extending westward along the centerline of Hickory Road and North Madison Road; then extending southward along the center line of North Madison Road to the intersection of North Madison Road and Maupus Road and then westward (including 40 Maupus Road) to Little Meadow Brook; then continuing north on Little Meadow Brook to the intersection of Little Meadow Brook and Little Meadow Road; then south on Little Meadow Road to the intersection with South Hoop Pole Road, then north along the center line of South Hoop Pole Road (encompassing the eastern side) to Ridgeview Circle and including all of Ridgeview Circle; then continuing west until in a straight line to Greenbrier Drive, along the north side of the center line of Greenbrier Drive; continuing to the intersection of Greenbrier Drive and Route 77 (Durham Road); then south on the western side of the center line of Route 77 to the commencement point.
(b) 
The polling place for District II is the Abraham Baldwin Middle School.
(3) 
District III.

(a) 
The third district shall include all the area of the Town of Guilford bounded as follows: Beginning at the intersection Route 77 (Durham Road/Church Street) and Route I-95, extending eastward along Route I-95 to the intersection of I-95 and Clapboard Hill Road; then extending north on Clapboard Hill Road and northeastward along the northern side of Clapboard Hill Road to the intersection of Clapboard Hill Road and Murray Lane; then extending eastward along the north side of Murray Lane to the Guilford/Madison town line; then extending northward along the Guilford/Madison town line to the intersection of the Guilford/Madison town line and North Madison Road; then extending westward along the center line of North Madison Road to the intersection of North Madison Road and Cedar Hill Road; then extending northward along the center line of Cedar Hill Road to the intersection of Cedar Hill Road and Hillcrest Road; then westward along the center line of Hillcrest Road to the intersection Hillcrest Road and Lakeside Drive; then extending southwestward along the center line of Lakeside Drive to the intersection of Lakeside Drive and the western border of Lower Lake (Guilford Lakes); then extending southward along the western border of Lower Lake (Guilford Lakes) to the intersection of Lower Lake (Guilford Lakes) and Hickory Road; then extending westward along the centerline of Hickory Road to the intersection of Hickory Road and North Madison Road; then extending southward along the center line of North Madison Road to the intersection of Little Meadow Brook; then northward along Little Meadow Brook to the intersection of Little Meadow Brook and Little Meadow Road; then extending southward along the center line of Little Meadow Road to the intersection of Little Meadow Road and South Hoop Pole Road; then extending northward along the center line of South Hoop Pole Road to, but not including, Ridgeview Circle; then extending east in a straight line to Greenbrier Drive, continuing along the center line of Greenbrier Drive. At the intersection of Greenbrier Drive and Durham Road continue south along the west side of the center line of Durham Road to the commencement point.
(b) 
The polling place for District III is the Guilford Fire Headquarters.
(4) 
District IV.

(a) 
The fourth district shall include all of the area of the Town of Guilford along the center line of Route 80 and northward as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Guilford/North Branford town line on Route 80 and extending east to the intersection along the center line of Route 80 to the intersection of the Guilford/Madison town line; then extending northward to the intersection of the Guilford/Madison town line and the Guilford/Durham town line; continuing westward along the Guilford/Durham town line to the intersection of the Guilford/North Branford/Durham town line where it ends at the intersection of the Guilford/North Branford town line and Route 80.
(b) 
The polling place for District IV is the Melissa Jones School.
(5) 
District V.

(a) 
The fifth district shall include all the area of the Town of Guilford bounded as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Guilford/Branford town line and Route 1 (Boston Post Road), extending eastward along the northern side of Route 1 (Boston Post Road) [thus including all of that section of Route 1 (Boston Post Road) in the district] to the intersection of Route 1 (Boston Post Road) and Route I-95; then extending eastward along I-95 to the intersection with Spinning Mill Brook to where it meets with the West River; then extending southward along the West River to Long Island Sound.
(b) 
The polling place for District V will be the A.W. Cox School.
