No person, other than a municipal employee or official, shall enter upon any portion of any municipal park, municipal parking Borough of Allendale at such times as the same is prohibited by a sign thereon or contrary to the oral or visual directions of a municipal employee or member of the Police Department of the Borough of Allendale.

A. 
No unauthorized person shall be or remain in any municipal park between dark and the hour of 6:00 a.m. unless such person shall have obtained a duly authorized permit from the Borough Administrator.

B. 
The word "dark" shall be defined herein as meaning 1/2 hour after sunset.
No person shall leave any motor vehicle in any municipal park or municipal parking area between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. The presence of any such motor vehicle shall be presumed to be the act of the registered owner thereof, though such presumption may be rebutted.
No person shall leave or deposit any paper or other waste material in any public park or parking area other than in such receptacle as may be provided therefor.
No unauthorized person, other than residents of the Borough of Allendale, shall participate in any game or form of recreation, except as a spectator, in any public park; provided, however, that the Mayor and Council may promulgate regulations governing such participation by nonresidents of the Borough of Allendale.

No person shall place any booth, stand, structure, motor vehicle or trailer for the sale of any commodities, merchandise or for the solicitation of any funds in any public park, municipal property or Board of Education property in the Borough of Allendale without the written permission first obtained from the Mayor and Council or Board of Education, as the case may be.

No person, except nonprofit organizations with the approval of the Mayor and Council, shall sell or offer for sale any object or goods without having obtained a permit for such sale, the cost of such permit to be established annually by the Mayor and Council. Any such person may, having obtained such permit aforesaid, sell or offer for sale such object or goods between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. on all days except those specifically excluded prior to issuance of the permit by the Mayor and Council.
No person or corporation shall install or erect any wire or wires through any public park without a written permit from the Mayor and Council first obtained.
No motor vehicle shall be operated in any public park or parking area except on those areas paved or otherwise provided for such vehicular use, unless otherwise directed by a police officer.
No motor vehicle shall be operated in any public park or parking area at speeds in excess of 15 miles per hour, or in a careless or reckless manner.
The operator of any motor vehicle must give the right-of-way to pedestrians in any public park.
Any organization or group of individuals who have obtained permission from the appropriate Borough officials for the use of specified Borough property at specified times shall use said specified property to the exclusion of others for the time said permission is granted. Third parties interfering with such authorized use shall be deemed to be in violation hereof.

Glass beverage and food containers and similar glass objects of all types are prohibited in all public parks, swimming facilities, beach areas and public parking areas.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate the provisions of this article, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $1,000 or imprisonment for a term of not more than 90 days, or both. Each violation of any of the provisions of this article and each day the same is violated shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.
