No person or persons shall feed, cause to be
fed or provide food for any dog, cat, bird, fish or any other animal
in any public park, parking area, playground, recreational facilities
or public lands within the Borough of Allendale.
Nothing contained in this article shall prohibit the Marsh Warden, in his reasonable discretion, from authorizing the feeding of any animal, fish, reptile or bird on lands designated in Schedule 1 set forth in Article II, § 203-24.
The Police Department is hereby authorized and
directed to enforce the provisions of this article.
Any person or persons convicted of a violation
of this article shall be punished by one or more of the following:
a fine of no less than $25 but not to exceed $1,000; imprisonment
for a term not exceeding 90 days; or a period of community service
not exceeding 90 days.
