[Adopted 12-16-1975 by Ord. No. 1046 as Sec.
6-8 of the Revised General Ordinances]
All licensed legalized games of chance as the
same are defined by Title 5 of the Revised Statutes are hereby permitted
to be conducted on Sundays within the Borough in accordance with the
provisions of the Bingo Licensing Law, N.J.S.A. 5:8-24 et seq., and
Raffles Licensing Law, N.J.S.A. 5:8-50 et seq.
Notwithstanding the provisions of § 165-1, all other requirements and regulations regarding legalized games of chance within the Borough, either state or municipal, shall apply.
