This Part 2 shall be known as "A local law providing
for the establishment of a Sewer Use Ordinance for the Village of
Brewster, Putnam County, New York."
The purpose of this Part 2 shall be to govern
the use, connection, maintenance and operation of the Village of Brewster
wastewater collection system and wastewater treatment plant within
the Village of Brewster, County of Putnam and State of New York.
This Part 2 shall set forth with particularity
the requirements for the connection, operation and maintenance of
the Village of Brewster wastewater collection system and its related
appurtenants and the charging of fees in connection therewith, as
well as the requirements for the operation, use and maintenance of
the wastewater treatment facility and its related appurtenants of
the Village of Brewster and the charging of fees in connection therewith,
all as more fully set forth within the various provisions of this
Part 2.
