It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor-driven
vehicle to drive said vehicle in a public cemetery, public playground
or public park, except upon the designated ways within said cemetery,
public playground or public park; provided, however, that this section
shall not apply to a person who has first obtained written permission
therefor from a member of the Cemetery Commission or an agent thereof
in the case of a public cemetery, or from the Recreation Commission
or an agent thereof, in the case of a public playground or a public
park.
Violation of this section shall be punishable
by a fine of not less than $50.
