As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
VEHICLE
Any device in, upon, or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a highway, but shall not include any self-propelled devices. By way of example and not in limitation, a “vehicle” means devices such as detached trailers, utility trailers, camping and recreation vehicles, tractor-trailers, and any other kind of trailer.
No vehicle shall be parked or left unattended on any street within the Borough of Silverdale.

Any person convicted of a violation of any provision of this article shall, for every such violation, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600, and costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than 30 days.

Each twenty-four-hour period that the vehicle is in violation of this article shall constitute a separate offense.
