The defacement of any public property of the Town of Hampstead, including
structures of any and all types, motor vehicles, water tanks and sidewalks,
by painting, marking, spraying, altering or defacing in any other manner is
hereby prohibited and declared to be a misdemeanor.

Anyone so defacing the public property of the Town of Hampstead shall
be guilty of a municipal infraction and, upon conviction, fined not more than
$50.
