The Town of Goshen, pursuant to the authority
granted by Agriculture and Markets Law § 305, Subdivision
6, as amended by Chapter 562 of the Laws of 1991, hereby intends to
extend the application of the agricultural exemption provided in Agriculture
and Markets Law § 305, Subdivision 1, to include the fire
districts within the Town of Goshen.
It is hereby enacted that, in accordance with
New York Agriculture and Markets Law § 305, Subdivision
6, the assessment determined pursuant to Subdivision 1 of said § 305
for property in the Town of Goshen shall be used for the benefit assessment
or special ad valorem levy for fire districts.
