A.
It shall be the duty of the Town Building Inspector to
enforce the provisions of this chapter.
B.
The Inspector or any other duly authorized employee of
the Town of Goshen, bearing proper credentials and identification, shall be
permitted to enter upon all properties for the purposes of inspection, observation,
measurement, sampling and testing in accordance with the provisions of this
chapter.
