As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
Any and all activity incidental to the erection, demolition,
assembling, altering, installing or equipping of buildings, structure
roads or appurtenances thereto; also land clearing, grading, excavating
and filling.
Any natural person, association, partnership, firm or corporation.
No person shall engage in or cause or permit
any person to be engaged in construction activities in any area in
the Township of Penn between the hours of 9:00 p.m. of one day and
7:00 a.m. of the following day. Construction activities directly connected
with the abatement of an emergency are excluded from the provisions
of this section.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any
provision of this article shall be sentenced to a fine not less than
$1,000, plus costs, and in default of payment to imprisonment for
not more than 30 days for each offense, and a separate offense shall
be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs
or continues.
