Township of Penn, PA Article VII Discharge of Industrial Waste to New Stanton Water Pollution Control Plant

§ 133-50 Establishment of industrial waste parameters.

The headworks industrial allowance and the parameters as set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto, made a part hereof, and incorporated herein by reference are established for all industrial waste discharged within the Township of Penn to the Hempfield Township Municipal Authority New Stanton Water Pollution Control Plant.[1]

§ 133-51 Violations and penalties.

All persons violating any of the provisions of this article or the provisions of the regulations of the Hempfield Township Municipal Authority or the Penn Township Sewage Authority regarding the sewer system, including, but not limited to, the Industrial Pretreatment Regulations of the Hempfield Township Municipal Authority, shall be subject to a fine or penalty of not more than $1,000; each day that said violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense punishable by a like fine or penalty.
