§ 240-1 Piggyback or tandem trailers prohibited.

Piggyback or tandem tractor trailers shall be prohibited from traveling upon any street within the boundaries of the Borough of Carteret.

§ 240-2 Violations and penalties.

Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties set forth in § 1-17 of this Code.
