§ 249-1 Restriction on leaving engine running.

All trucks of four (4) tons or more shall not be permitted to have their engines remain running while the vehicle is unattended.

§ 249-2 Violations and penalties.

Any person who violates this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties set forth in § 1-17 of this Code.
