GENERAL REFERENCES
Administration of government — See Ch. 4.
Land development — See Ch. 160.
There is herein created a Community Development Board, which shall consist of seven (7) members for the purpose of assisting the borough in improving the community as it relates to deleterious land use, unsound development, unsafe or hazardous property conditions and the overall improvement of the community as a whole as it relates to land development.
Said members shall be chosen as follows, with the terms of office as follows:
A. 
One (1) member to be a Council person chosen by the Council. The term of the Council member shall terminate at the completion of his or her term of office.

B. 
The Mayor, whose term shall be his term as Mayor.
C. 
Five (5) citizens, each appointed by the Council, whose terms shall be for five (5) years, four (4) years, three (3) years, two (2) years and one (1) year, respectively, except that, when each of the five (5) citizens' terms expire, his successor shall be appointed for a five-year term.
The Community Development Board shall meet regularly and provide the Mayor and Council with a report as to the activities of the Board.
