Piggyback or tandem tractor trailers shall be prohibited from traveling
upon any street within the boundaries of the Borough of Carteret.

Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties set forth in § 1-17 of this Code.
