The Delran Township Zoning Map, prepared by
Richard A. Alaimo Associates, Mount Holly, New Jersey, dated July
2003, is hereby adopted and incorporated in and made a part of this
chapter, as if the same were fully set forth herein.[1] When an uncertainty exists as to the boundaries of any
of the zoning districts designated on the Zoning Map, the following
rules shall apply:
A.
Zone boundary lines are intended to follow the center
line of streets, lot or property lines or natural lines such as watercourses
as they exist on said Map.
B.
Where such boundaries are fixed by dimensions and
where they approximately follow lot lines, and where they are not
more than 10 feet distant therefrom, such lot lines shall be construed
to be such boundaries unless shown otherwise.
