No person or persons shall maliciously or with evil intent fell, cut,
injure, bore, bark or destroy any shade or ornamental tree standing, growing
or being in any street, highway or public grounds in the Town of Dover.
No person or persons shall nail, tack, paste or in any other manner
affix any advertisement or notice of any kind or description on any shade
or ornamental tree standing, growing and being in any street, highway or public
grounds in the Town of Dover.
No person or persons shall tie or fasten a horse or any other animal
to any shade or ornamental tree standing or growing and being on any street,
highway or public grounds in the Town of Dover.

No person or persons shall tie, chain or fasten in any manner any bicycle,
scooter or any type of equipment or device to any shade or ornamental tree
standing or growing and being on any street, highway or public grounds in
the Town of Dover.
Any person, firm or corporation who or which shall violate any of the
provisions of this chapter shall be subject to one or more of the following:
a fine not exceeding $1,000, a term of imprisonment not exceeding 90 days
or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days.
