1028; 3-22-1995 by Ord. No. 1248; 9-28-1997 by Ord. No. 1291]
The Zone Map delineating the above districts
and entitled "Zone Map of the Borough of Glen Rock, Bergen County,
New Jersey," October 1982, and marked Schedule A shall be attached
to this chapter and is hereby declared to be a part hereof, and the zones so designated on such map are hereby declared
to be a part hereof. Where the district boundary lines do not coincide
with the lot lines or the center lines of streets or alleys as they
existed at the time of the adoption of this chapter or where the same
are not designated on the map by measurements or dimensions, the boundary
lines shall be deemed to be 175 feet back from the center line of
the nearest public street, except as provided in rezoning descriptions
included on the Zone Map.
Where a district boundary line as herein established
divides a lot which was in a single ownership and so recorded at the
time of the enactment of this chapter, the use authorized thereon
and the other district requirements applying to the least restricted
portion of such lot under this chapter shall be considered as extending
to the entire lot, provided that the more restricted portion of such
lot shall be entirely within 25 feet of the dividing district boundary
line. The use so extended shall be deemed to be conforming.
