The Committee shall also elect a secretary from among its members for the purpose of normal communications and the preparation and posting of minutes of all meetings and such other duties generally associated with such position.
D.
Vacancies in the membership of the Committee, occurring for whatever cause, shall be promptly filled by the Mayor for the unexpired term thereof. Members shall serve for their respective terms and until their successors are appointed and qualify.
