There are hereby created the positions of Tax
Collector and Tax Clerk in Lumberton Township, which positions may
be filled by the Township Committee by resolution, in its discretion,
subject to law.
The Tax Collector and Tax Clerk shall be responsible
for the duty of collecting taxes upon real and personal property in
the Township in accordance with the requirements of law and the regulations
promulgated by the Department of Community Affairs.
