It is the policy of the Township that every
employee at all times be treated fairly, courteously and with respect.
Conversely, each employee is expected to accord the same treatment
to his associates, supervisors, subordinates and to the public.
With regard to disciplinary matters, all final
appeals shall be to the Administrator; provided, however, that there
shall be a further right of appeal from the Administrator to the Township
Committee if the disciplinary action imposed upon the employee involves:
B. A suspension of more than three days; or
C. Termination of employment.
