The Animal Control Officer shall be allowed
$5 for each dog within the Town found to be in violation of these
bylaws and shall be allowed boarding fees, consistent with the rates
of the impounding kennel for each day or portion thereof for the care
of such dog. These fees shall be paid by the owner or keeper of the
dog, if known, otherwise by the Town Treasurer. The Animal Control
Officer shall be paid $10 by the owner or keeper of each dog for processing
its release. This sum shall be paid over to the Town Treasurer.
