Editor's Note: Former Art. XXI, Code of Ethics,
was repealed 5-7-1991 by Ord. No. 22-5-91, which also adopted Art.
XXIII, Code of Ethics. Said ordinance was subsequently repealed 8-20-1991
by Ord. No. 44-8-91, which also provided for the State of New Jersey
to administer the provisions of the Local Government Ethics Law (N.J.S.A.
40A:9-22.1 et seq.), to be enforced by the Local Finance Board and
the Department of Community Affairs.
