The number of plenary retail consumption licenses
issued and outstanding at the same time in the Township of Evesham
shall be based on the report issued by the Division of Labor Market
and Demographic Research in the New Jersey Department of Labor and
according to the most recent estimates issued by the U.S. Bureau of
the Census, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 33:1-12.14.

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 33:1-12.20, it is the desire of the Township
of Evesham to allow for the issuance of a plenary retail consumption
license to the operator of a hotel or motel containing a minimum of
100 guest sleeping rooms or who may hereafter construct and establish
a new hotel or motel containing at least 100 guest sleeping rooms.
The total number of such licenses to be issued by the Township of
Evesham will be one.

The number of plenary retail distribution licenses
issued and outstanding at the same time in the Township of Evesham
shall be based on the report issued by the Division of Labor Market
and Demographic Research in the New Jersey Department of Labor and

the Census, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 33:1-12.14.

The number of club licenses issued and outstanding
at the same time in the Township of Evesham shall not exceed 12.
No seasonal retail consumption license shall
be issued.
