Vehicles over four tons' (8,000 pounds') registered gross weight are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule V (§ 150-36), except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets, said Schedule V being attached to and made a part of this chapter.
A.
No vehicle with a gross weight exceeding 10,000 pounds
or any tractor, which shall be defined as a truck with a driver's
cab, and no body used for hauling large trailers shall be parked on
any state highway, county road or Township street between the hours
of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
